Adding Contact Activity/ History
You can easily record and track all activity for a contact whether it is a general note, information regarding a call or notes from a meeting.
- From the contact record, you will select the "Actions" button
- From the list that appears you will select the "Add Activity" link
- In here you can select the type of activity that you are tracking and enter any details
- After you have finished you will then select the "Add Activity" button in the bottom right corner of the window
