To Enable Email Read Receipt

 

Step 1: Access Contact

 

  • In the side panel, go to All Contacts

  • Look for the contact you wish to email and click the Email icon.  

 

 

Step 2: Enable Read Receipt Notifications

 

In the email compose window, check the box Read Receipt Notifications to receive a notification when the recipient opens your email.

 

 

Step 3: Send the Email

Click the "Send Email" button after selecting your preferences.

Once the recipients read your email, you’ll receive a notification.
