Still Want to Cancel?

 

We understand, and you can cancel anytime. Only account owners can cancel to keep your data secure.

 

Step 1: Open Admin and Go to “My Account”

 

From the left sidebar, click Admin, then select My Account.
This section contains your account details and subscription-related settings.

 

Step 2: Click “Manage Billing”

 

On the My Account page, click Manage Billing.
You’ll be redirected to the billing management page.

 

 

Step 3: Switch to the Billing Tab

 

On the Manage Billing page, click the Billing tab.
Here, you can view your subscription and billing information.

 

Step 4: Click “Cancel Subscription”

 

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing tab.
Click Cancel Subscription to start the cancellation process.

 

 

Step 5: Confirm and Finish

 

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your choice.
Once completed, your subscription will be canceled immediately, but you’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.
