Still Want to Cancel?

 

We understand, and you can cancel anytime. Only account owners can cancel to keep your data secure.

 

STEP 1: Open the Admin Tab
Head to the left sidebar and click Admin.
That’s where you’ll find all your main account controls.

 

STEP 2: Go to “Manage My Account”
Next, select Manage My Account.
This is where you’ll handle tasks such as billing, contact information, and subscription settings.

 

STEP 3: Open the Billing Section
Inside Manage My Account, click on Billing.
Scroll through your billing details to reach the options related to your subscription.

 

STEP 4: Click “Cancel Subscription”
At the bottom of the Billing page, you’ll see the Cancel Subscription button.
Click it to start the cancellation process.

STEP 5: Confirm and Finish
Follow the quick on-screen steps to confirm your choice.
Once done, your subscription will be canceled right away, but you’ll still have full access until your current billing period ends.
