How to Enable Desktop Notifications in BIGContacts

 

Desktop notifications in BIGContacts alert you to key updates such as new tasks, meetings, and opportunities — helping you stay productive and responsive.

By enabling desktop notifications, users receive instant alerts for meetings, new opportunities, and due tasks — all without needing to repeatedly open the CRM. How to Enable Desktop Notifications

 

Step 1: Open the Notification Panel

 

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your BIGContacts dashboard.

The notification panel will open with an option to “Enable Notifications.” Click it to begin setting up desktop notifications.
 

 

Step 2: Access Notification Settings

 

After clicking Enable Notifications, you’ll be directed to your profile’s Desktop Notification settings page. First, enable the option “Set when you want to receive notifications for tasks, opportunities, meetings, and birthdays”.

 

 

Once this option is turned on, you’ll be able to select which specific notifications you want to receive:



 

Step 3: Customizing Your Notification Preferences

 

You can choose to enable one, some, or all of the available notification options — depending on your role and needs.
