How to Create an Email Campaign?

Email Campaigns lets you design a marketing email, target a saved contact list, and send it to those contacts now or on a schedule. It lives in BIGContacts under Create Campaign.

What Is Email Campaigns?

Email Campaigns is the BIGContacts tool for building and sending bulk emails to your contacts. You design the email, choose who receives it, and send immediately or at a set date and time. You can build the email four ways: with AI, from scratch, from a pre-designed template, or from custom HTML.

Why Use It?

Reach for Email Campaigns when one message needs to go to many contacts at once.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Click Create Campaign, then choose how to design your email — Create with AIStart from Scratch, a pre-designed template, or Custom HTML.

Step 2: To generate a draft, choose Create with AI, set the mail typeprompttonestyle, and brand colors, then click Generate with AI and open a result in the editor.

Step 3: To use a ready-made design instead, click Browse Templates, pick a template such as Welcome, and enter a campaign name.
