How to Integrate Outlook with ProProfs BigContacts

Integrating Outlook with ProProfs BigContacts

Step 1: Access Personal Settings

Navigate to Settings from the top-right menu and select Personal Settings.

Step 2: Authenticate with Outlook

In the Outlook Sync tab, click Connect Account.

A secure Microsoft login window will appear.

Grant the requested permissions to allow access to your contacts and calendar.

Step 3: Sync in Action

Once connected:

Your Outlook contacts will be imported into BIGContacts and kept up to date automatically.
Calendar events from Outlook will appear in your BIGContacts calendar view for seamless scheduling.

Note: Only new leads will sync automatically from Outlook to BIGContacts. If you want to sync old leads, you’ll need to first export them from Outlook and then import them into BIGContacts.
