How to Capture Incoming Emails from Any Inbox in BIGContacts (Custom Email)
Managing email communication efficiently is crucial for staying on top of client interactions. BIGContacts' Custom Email feature automatically captures incoming emails and links them to the appropriate contact records. This ensures all conversations are stored in one place for easy access. The setup process requires a one-time configuration per user, after which emails will be logged automatically.
Why Capturing Emails Matters
- Keeps Contact History Complete – Stores all incoming emails directly in contact records, eliminating the need to search through inboxes.
- Works with Any Email Provider – Compatible with Gmail, Outlook, and any other email service.
- Reduces Manual Data Entry – Automatically links emails to contacts, so you don’t have to log them manually.
When to Use Custom Email Capture
- Tracking client or lead communication without manually saving emails.
- Keeping a centralized email history for sales, support, or project discussions.
- Ensuring email records are attached to the correct contact in BIGContacts.
