Importing Contacts using a Mac

If you are using a Mac and are not able to import your contacts into your BigContacts account, it is likely that you are using  Excel 2011 for Mac.  This program saves it as a "Comma Separated Values" file.

For some reason this program requires that you save your spreadsheet of contacts in a very specific way in order for the import function in BigContacts to work properly.

You will need to choose the following file format option when saving.  "Windows Comma Separated".  This file type in order for it to be imported properly.
