Capture Leads From 123 Form Builder Into Your CRM (via Zapier)

If you use 123 Form Builder to collect leads or inquiries from your website, you can connect it with BigContacts through Zapier, a no-code automation platform that allows different tools to communicate with each other.

This integration allows you to automatically send new form submissions from 123 Form Builder straight into BigContacts as new contact records. There are no manual data entry and no missed leads.

What You’ll Need

  • A BigContacts account

  • A 123 Form Builder account (paid plan may be required for webhook access)

  • A Zapier account (free or paid, depending on your task volume)

What This Integration Can Do

When connected, the integration lets you:

  • Create new contacts in BigContacts whenever someone fills out a 123 Form

  • Map form fields (like name, email, phone, company) to your BigContacts contact fields

  • Automatically assign new contacts to team members or add tags for follow-up

This is especially useful for capturing inquiries, quote requests, event signups, or newsletter subscriptions.

How to Set Up the Integration

You’ll set this up using Zapier, which acts as a bridge between 123 Form Builder and BigContacts.

Step 1: Start a New Zap

  1. Go to your Zapier dashboard.

  2. Click Create Zap.

Step 2: Set 123 Form Builder as the Trigger App

  1. In the Trigger section, search for 123 Form Builder.

  2. Choose the trigger event: New Form Entry.

  3. Connect your 123 Form Builder account (Zapier may ask for an API key or webhook URL—follow the prompts).

  4. Select the specific form you want to use.

  5. Test the trigger to pull in a sample entry.

Step 3: Set BigContacts as the Action App

  1. In the Action section, search for BigContacts.

  2. Choose the action: Create Contact.

  3. Connect your BigContacts account to Zapier (you’ll need your API key and account URL—reach out to support@bigcontacts.com if you need help locating these).

  4. Map your 123 Form Builder fields to BigContacts fields (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Tags, etc.).

  5. Test the action to confirm it creates a contact correctly.

Step 4: Turn Your Zap On

Once your test looks good, turn on the Zap. New form entries from 123 Form Builder will now create contacts automatically in BigContacts.
