The Calendar Tab in BIGContacts helps you manage meetings, tasks, and team schedules efficiently. It provides three primary views—Day, Week, and Month—so you can plan and track your activities in a way that suits your workflow.
Stay Organized – View meetings, tasks, and team schedules in one place, reducing missed appointments.
Manage Team Availability – Select specific team members' calendars to coordinate schedules efficiently.
Improve Productivity – Quickly access daily, weekly, or monthly views to plan without switching between different tools.
Navigate to the 'Calendar' tab and select your preferred view from the top bar.

2. In the bottom right corner, you will see a field labeled "Team Members." Here, you can select the team members you want to view on the calendar. Select that person from the list to see only one team member. To quickly select or clear all team members, click the "Select all" or "Clear all" buttons.
3. After selecting the desired team members, click the "Apply" button to update the calendar.

You can create meetings, tasks, or to-dos directly from the Calendar without navigating to another page.
Click the Add Event button at the top of the calendar.
A Create Event sidebar will open on the right side of the screen.

Click on any specific date within the calendar (Day, Week, or Month view).
The same Create Event sidebar will open automatically for that selected date.
Within the sidebar, you can:
Select the event type: Meeting, Task, or To-Do

Choose a Title from predefined options (e.g., Initial meeting, Follow-up meeting, etc.)
or
Enter a new title manually. Any new title entered will be added and available for future use.
Add additional details such as participants, location, recurrence (for meetings), date, and time.
Click Save to add the event to your calendar.
The event will immediately appear in your selected date within the Calendar view.
Day View – Displays meetings and tasks separately to help you focus on your daily schedule.
Week & Month Views – Meetings appear at the top of each day, while tasks are shown below, allowing for easy weekly or monthly planning.
Meeting Quick Actions – In Day view, hovering over a meeting reveals additional event management options.

To make your calendar view more focused, use the Event Type filter available in the right-side panel. This option allows you to control which types of activities are visible on your calendar.
Simply check or uncheck the event categories you want to display:
Meetings
Tasks
To-Dos
Birthdays

Once selected, only the chosen event types will appear in your calendar view.
