The Calendar Tab in BIGContacts helps you manage meetings, tasks, and team schedules efficiently. It provides three primary views—Day, Week, and Month—so you can plan and track your activities in a way that suits your workflow.

How to Access and Use the Calendar Tab

 

The Calendar provides three primary views: Day, Week & Month. It can be accessed as follows:

 

  1. Navigate to the 'Calendar' tab and select your preferred view from the top blue bar.

 

 

   2. In the upper left corner, you will see a field labeled "Team Members." Here, you can select the team members you want to view on the calendar. Select that person from the list to see only one team member. To quickly select or clear all team members, click the "Select all" or "Clear all" buttons.

 

   3. After selecting the desired team members, click the "Apply" button to update the calendar.
