The Task List Tab in BIGContacts helps you manage your daily work by organizing tasks and to-dos in one place. It provides an overview of what must be completed and ensures nothing is missed.

Easy Access to Your Tasks – View all assigned tasks with a single click, so you never lose track of important work.
Better Organization – Sort and prioritize tasks by name, priority, or due date for efficient task management.
Improved Productivity – Focus on what’s due today and plan with a clear view of upcoming tasks.
 

 

How to Access the Task List Tab


Click Task List in the side menu bar to go directly to My Tasks & To-Dos, where you’ll see your current and upcoming tasks.
 

 

 

How to Manage Tasks in the Task List Tab

 

You can sort and organize tasks for better visibility:

 

  1. Click the Task column header to arrange tasks alphabetically. Click again to reverse the order.
  2. Click the Priority column header to sort tasks by priority, ensuring urgent work is completed first.
  3. Click the Due Date column header to see tasks in order of their deadlines.

 

 

These tools allow you to quickly adjust your workflow, focus on urgent items, and manage priorities effectively.
