Activity Manager Report in BigContacts

The Activity Manager Report provides a structured view of team activity, helping you track progress, spot trends, and ensure tasks are on track without manually reviewing each record.

Benefits

  • Team Performance Monitoring: See activity levels for individual and team members in one report.
  • Clear Categorization: Organize data by activity type to quickly identify what’s being worked on.
  • Flexible Timeframe Selection: Review activity over any period, from a single day to months for better trend analysis.
  • Easy Export & Sharing: Save reports in PDF or Excel format to analyze offline or share with stakeholders.

Use Case

A sales director wants to check follow-ups completed by their team over the past week. Instead of manually going through each contact, they generate an Activity Manager Report, selecting "Organize by Activity Type" to see calls, emails, and meetings separately. This helps them assess workload distribution and spot gaps in outreach.
