How to Use Standard Reports

 

1. Access Reports

  • Click the Reports tab in BigContacts.
  • Find the Standard Reports section.

2. Select & View a Report

  • Choose a report based on what you need to analyze.
  • Review the results on your screen.

3. Export Your Report

  • Click the Print button at the top right.
  • Choose the appropriate system print option (Mac or Windows).
  • Select Save as PDF and store the file on your device.

4. Convert to Excel (Optional)

  • Use a reliable PDF-to-Excel tool if you need spreadsheet data.
  • Upload your PDF, convert it, and download the .xlsx file.
