As an administrator in your BIGContacts account, you can change or reset passwords for all users. Updating passwords over time enhances security and provides administrators with better control over user access.
Key Advantages of Changing User Passwords
Step 1: In the side panel of your BIGContacts account, select Admin. Under the MANAGE USERS section, click on Add/Edit Users.

Step 2: Look for the user in the list and click the edit icon (denoted by a pencil) corresponding to it.
