Login Help (Username and Password)

Having trouble logging in? Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through everything step by step so you can quickly and easily access your account again.

Can’t remember your username?

Your username is the email address you used to sign up. Make sure you're typing it exactly as it is—no extra spaces or missing characters. If you're copying and pasting, double-check that there’s no accidental space at the beginning or end.

Want to change your username?

This is also the email your contacts will see when you send them emails from BigContacts. To update it:

1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Personal Settings and enter your new email address.

Having trouble with your password?

Passwords must be an exact match and are case-sensitive. If your login isn’t working, try these tips first:

• Manually type your username and password instead of using saved ones
• Check for capital letters, extra spaces, or typos
• Make sure you're on the right login page: https://app.bigcontacts.com/login
• Use the same email address you signed up with
