How to Change or Update Your Billing Information
Keeping your billing details up to date is essential to ensure uninterrupted access to your BIGContacts account. Whether you need to update your payment method, change your billing address, or access past invoices, you can do it all in just a few steps.
Where to Update Billing Details
STEP 1: Go to the Admin Tab
From the left sidebar, select Admin.
STEP 2: Open “Manage My Account”
In the Admin menu, click Manage My Account to access account settings.
STEP 3: Go to the Billing Section
Inside Manage My Account, select Billing to view your payment details.
STEP 4: Update Your Payment Method
Under Payment Mode, click Update Credit Card to change or add a new card.
STEP 5: Save Changes
Enter your new card details and save the update. Your changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
Follow the On-Screen Instructions
- Enter the updated details in the respective fields.
- Save the changes to ensure they reflect in your next billing cycle.

- Billing updates apply to future charges. The update will take effect in the next billing cycle if a payment has already been processed.
