How to Change or Update Your Billing Information

 

Keeping your billing details up to date is essential to ensure uninterrupted access to your BIGContacts account. Whether you need to update your payment method, change your billing address, or access past invoices, you can do it all in just a few steps.

 

 

Where to Update Billing Details

 

Go to the "Admin" Tab

  • Log into your BIGContacts account and navigate to the Admin section from the left sidebar.

 

Find "Manage My Account"

 

Under this section, select the appropriate option based on what you need to update:

  • Update Payment Method – Change or add a new credit card for future payments.
  • Update Billing Address – Modify your company’s billing details for accurate invoices.
  • View & Download Invoices – Access previous transactions, print receipts, or verify payments.

 

 

Follow the On-Screen Instructions

  • Enter the updated details in the respective fields.
  • Save the changes to ensure they reflect in your next billing cycle.

 

Key Things to Know

  • Billing updates apply to future charges. The update will take effect in the next billing cycle if a payment has already been processed.
