How to Cancel your Account

 

We understand that business needs change, and if you’ve decided to cancel your BIGContacts subscription, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.

 

Steps to Cancel Your Account

 

  1. Go to the "Admin" Tab

    • Log in to your BIGContacts account and navigate to the Admin section from the left sidebar.
  2. Select "Update/Upgrade Subscription"

    • Under "Manage My Account," click on Update/Upgrade Subscription to access your account settings.
  3. Find the Cancellation Option

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see "Need to Cancel Your Account?"
    • Click the "Click Here" link to proceed with cancellation.
  4. Confirm Cancellation

    • A confirmation screen asks, "Are you sure you want to cancel your account?"
    • If you wish to proceed, select "Cancel Account."

 

What Happens When You Cancel?

 

  • Permanent Data Deletion: Once canceled, all your contacts, emails, and sales data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Final Charges: You will still be responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before cancellation.
  • Immediate Account Closure: Access to your account will be revoked once the cancellation is complete.
