Include Last Touch in Advanced Search / Report Builder

In BigContacts, each time you schedule a Meeting or Assign a Task, this is called an Activity. Once an Activity occurs, BigContacts records the most recent Activity as "Last Touch." You can now include the Last Touch field in the Advanced Search feature in your reporting.

Note: You can view Last Touch on the Contacts List View and Individual View.

First, select the Reports tab from the left menu to access the Advanced Search builder.

Next, scroll down to reveal the Last Touch option.
