Include Last Touch in Create Report in BigContacts

In BigContacts, every time you schedule a meeting or assign a task, it is recorded as an Activity. The most recent activity associated with a contact is captured as Last Touch. You can include the Last Touch field in the Create Report feature to filter and generate reports based on the latest interaction with your contacts.

First, select the Reports tab from the left menu to access the Create Report section.

Next, scroll down to reveal the Last Touch option.
