Saving a Report in BigContacts (Custom Reports)

 

If you frequently generate the same report using Create Report, you can save it as a Custom Report for quick access. This eliminates the need to reapply filters every time.

Example

 

A sales coordinator needs a weekly report of leads added in the past seven days. Instead of configuring filters each time, they save the report as a Custom Report. Now, they can access it from the Saved Reports section and generate results within seconds.

 

How to Save a Report

 

Step 1: Create Your Report

 

Use the Create Report feature and apply the required filters to generate your contact list.

 

Step 2: Save Custom Report

 

In the Manage Results section, click Save Custom Report.

 

 

Step 3: Enter Report Details

 

A pop-up will appear. Enter a name for your report and click Save Report.

 

 

Step 4: Access Saved Reports

 

To reuse the report, go to the Reports tab and select Saved Reports at the top of the screen.
