If you see a message that says, "Timeout occurred. Please log in again" when trying to access the Marketing tab in BigContacts, the issue almost always relates to your browser's cookie settings. BigContacts uses cookies to keep you securely logged in, especially when navigating between main features like CRM and Marketing.
When cookies are blocked or disabled, your browser treats the Marketing tab as a new session and logs you out for security reasons.

The Marketing tab opens in a separate browser tab or window, and your login session is tracked using a cookie. If cookies are disabled—or set to be blocked for third-party websites—your browser may prevent the Marketing dashboard from loading properly, causing a timeout.
This is a common privacy feature in modern browsers, especially Safari and newer versions of Chrome or Firefox.
You'll need to allow cookies in your browser settings. This lets BigContacts recognize your session and keep you logged in across tabs.
If you're concerned about privacy, you can allow cookies just for BigContacts instead of turning them on globally.
