Click to Call - How to Connect Your VOIP (Skype)

To get started:

1. Download and install the Skype application.

2. Admin > Customize Account (Under the Manage My Account tab) > Regional Settings >Click to Call Option = Skype.

3. Skype's application will open, based on the selection above.

When there is an incoming call, BigContacts (now synced with Skype) will open the Customer's individual profile.
