How to Cancel/Delete a Meeting

 

To cancel/ delete a meeting you will search for the contact and go to the contact record and locate the folder labeled "Upcoming Meetings".

You will see the meeting listed here and can click on the "trashcan" icon next to the meeting

 

Here you will see a pop-up will ask you if you would like to delete this meeting OR (If this is a recurring meeting) whether or not you would like to delete all meetings in the series of recurring meetings. 

 

 

You must click on the button labeled "OK" in order to confirm that you wish to delete this meeting.
