You can schedule meetings with your contacts with a calendar invite. This help article will guide you through the process of scheduling a meeting for effective communication and time management.

Imagine you need to quickly schedule a follow-up meeting with a client after an important call. Using the Calendar, you can set up the meeting time, select the attendees, and ensure everyone gets a reminder about the upcoming session.
Benefits:
Step 1: In the side panel, navigate to All Contacts. Click the “Actions” button and select “Schedule Meeting” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Set Meeting Details
Set the meeting date and time according to your requirements.
Select Participants for the meeting.
Enter a clear Meeting Title for the meeting to provide context for the participants.

Step 3: Configure Meeting Reminder & Notification Settings
To configure meeting notifications and reminders:
Click on Admin from the left navigation panel. From the dropdown, select My Account.
On the My Account page, click Account & Sync.

Switch to the Meetings tab.
Under the Meeting Notification section, you can:
Enable Receive immediate notification by email when meetings are scheduled for you.
Enable Meeting reminders by default.

Under Advance Reminder Settings, you can configure:
Advance Notice – Set how many minutes before the meeting you should be notified.
Amount of time to display reminder – Define how long reminder notifications should stay visible.
Enable Keep reminding until dismissed to continue receiving reminders until manually closed.

After configuring your reminder and notification preferences, click Save Changes to apply the settings.
Then, return to the meeting scheduling page, review your meeting details, and click Save to schedule the meeting and send the calendar invite.
