You can also schedule a meeting directly from the calendar. The calendar offers three different views: Day, Week & Month. Your selection of the view will affect how you schedule the meeting.

 

 

Day OR Week View - In both of these views, click on a specific time slot when you want to schedule the meeting. This will open a pop-up with the date and time already filled in. You are now ready to search for the contact with whom you want to schedule a meeting. Once you’ve selected the contact, enter the remaining details of your meeting (e.g., meeting location, attendees, etc.).


Month View - In this view, click on the specific date when you want to schedule a meeting. A small menu will appear, offering three different options, as shown in the screenshot below.
