To Integrate BIGContacts with Skype

Step 1: Ensure Skype is installed on your computer. If not, download it from the official Skype website.

Step 2: Log in to your BIGContacts account. From the dashboard, navigate to "All Contacts" using the side panel.

Step 3:  Navigate to the contact record you want to call and click on the Phone number corresponding to the work email.

Step 4:  Click the “Open Skype” button on the prompt action screen. 

You’ll be redirected to the Skype window.
