Instead of manually transferring each contact or task one by one, BIGContacts lets you bulk reassign them in just a few clicks. Whether a salesperson is handing off leads, a support agent is transitioning cases, or an inactive user needs their workload reassigned, this feature ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
From the left-side panel, click Admin, then select Users.
Next, click the Users card to view all user accounts.

Find the user whose contacts or tasks you want to reassign.
Click the three dots under the Action column and select Bulk Edit.

On the Reassign Multiple Contacts or Tasks page, choose whether you want to reassign Contacts or Tasks.
Then, pick the old user (the one currently assigned) and the new user (who will take over).
Dropdown menus are available for both—making selection quick and easy.

Once everything looks correct, click Save Changes.
BIGContacts will instantly transfer the selected contacts or tasks—no manual work needed.
