How to Edit or Delete Multiple Contacts Using the Contact Table

Managing a growing contact list can feel overwhelming. Updating records one by one? That’s time-consuming. Deleting outdated contacts individually? Even worse.

That’s why BIGContacts lets you edit and manage multiple contacts at once, directly from the Contact Table. Whether you’re reassigning owners, updating details, or cleaning up old records, you can make bulk changes in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Open the Contact Table

From the left sidebar, click Contacts, then select All Contacts.
This opens your complete contact list.

Step 2: Select Contacts

Choose the contacts you want to edit or delete by checking the boxes beside their names.

Step 3: Edit Multiple Contacts

Once selected, click the Actions dropdown at the top of the table and choose Bulk Update.

You can modify fields like assigned user, contact type, or other key details right from here.
After editing, click Save to apply the changes across all selected contacts.

Example:
If you need to reassign several contacts to a new account manager, simply select them, update the Assigned To field, and save — no manual updates required.

Step 4: Delete Contacts (If Needed)

To remove contacts, select them from the table, then click the trash icon or choose Archive from the Actions menu.
Confirm your choice to permanently delete or archive the selected contacts.

Note: Deleted contacts cannot be restored. Double-check before confirming.
