How to Edit or Delete Multiple Contacts Using the Contact Table

To Edit or Delete Multiple Contacts in BIGContacts

 

Step 1: Access the Contact Table

  1. Go to the "Admin" tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Under "Manage My Account," select "Edit Multiple Contacts" (Contact Table).

 

Step 2: Edit Multiple Contacts

  1. In the Contact Table, locate the fields you need to update.
  2. Modify the required details directly within the table.
  3. Click "Save" to apply changes across all selected contacts.

 

Example: If you need to reassign 50 contacts to a new account manager, select those records, update the assigned user field, and save—no manual updates are needed.

 

Step 3: Delete Multiple Contacts (If Needed)

  1. Select the contacts you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete option available in the Contact Table.
  3. Confirm deletion to remove them from your database permanently.

 

Note: Deleted contacts cannot be restored. Double-check your selections before proceeding.
