Import Contacts - Column Header Cheat Sheet

Below is a complete list of all Column Header Names (contact fields) that you can use to import data.

While it's not necessary to change the column header values in your spreadsheet before importing, but we strongly recommend it. Updating and matching your column headers to BigContacts fields in advance will simplify the import process, eliminating the need for manual mapping and making the process faster and more efficient.

Download Our Import Template

BigContacts provides a free, easy-to-use Import Tool that lets you import contacts, including custom fields, from any properly formatted CSV spreadsheet. However, this tool cannot transfer items like notes, historical emails, tasks, meetings, or sales opportunities.

To download the template, navigate to Admin > Import Contacts, and click the Download Our Import Template button.
