Auto BCC your custom email address when using Outlook

Many of our customers use Microsoft Outlook every day to handle their emails.  Currently , if you place your BigContacts custom email address into the BCC field of any email you send OUTSIDE of the BigContacts system, in approximately 5-7 minutes, a copy of that email will be stored into the "History" folder of the contact's record.  

Many of our customers have brought it to our attention that they have found NO easy solution for having their BigContacts custom email address automatically populate the BCC field.

We have found a way to do this through a third party application.

AbleBits is a 3rd party company that has created an add-on for Outlook 2010, 2007, and 2003 called Auto BCC/CC. Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook sends a BCC (blind carbon copy) and/or a CC (carbon copy) automatically for all or some of your outgoing messages according to the rules that you created.
