How to Manage Contact List
Manage your contacts efficiently in BIGContacts with Contact Lists. Whether you're organizing your database, reviewing key details, or filtering leads, the contact list view gives you a clean, flexible way to work with your records.

As a sales manager preparing for a product launch, you may need to compile a targeted list of potential clients. With BIGContacts, you can filter client data based on industry, lead stage, or purchase history, allowing you to analyze and target the right prospects quickly.

To Access and Utilize Contact Lists
Accessing All Contacts
Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts to open your contact list. The system automatically displays all records in List View, allowing you to scroll, filter, and sort through your database easily.
Previewing a Contact
To view a contact's full details, click the Preview (eye) icon next to the contact name. The system will open the contact's record in a separate page where you can review and edit their information.
Filtering and Customizing Your Contact List
Use the filtering options at the top of the page to refine and customize your contact list. You can:

Filter directly by fields such as Assigned To, Contact Type, and Sales Stage.

Click the Filters (funnel) icon to apply additional field-based filters.

Click the Column selector icon to choose which columns appear in your list view and control which fields are visible.
For deeper filtering, go to All Contacts > Advanced Search to create more detailed conditions.
Rearranging Your Contact List
BIGContacts allows you to reorganize your view effortlessly. You can:

Drag and reorder rows when working with grouped or custom-sorted datasets.

Merging Duplicate Contacts

Performing Actions on Contacts
The Actions dropdown at the top of the contact list lets you perform bulk operations on selected contacts. You can:
