To Access and Utilize Contact Lists

Step 1: In your BIGContacts account, click on "Contacts" from the navigation pane. By default, you will land on the "Individual View" showing individual contact records.

Step 2:  Click the "List View" button to display your contacts in a list format, allowing you to view and manage multiple contacts at once.

Step 3:  To create a targeted contact list, explore the three filtering options in the top right-hand corner of the Contact List screen.

Step 4: While in the Contact List view, access all available "Actions" just as you would from the individual contact record view.
