View the Total Number of Contacts in your Account

You can view the total number of contacts (including BOTH business and individual contact records) by following the steps below:

1.  Select the "Reports" tab on the  left-hand side of your account.

2.  Under step #1 you can choose specific fields you would like to include in your list (this is not required).

3. Under Step #2 (top right section of this screen) you will press the "View Contacts" button.

4.  The screen will refresh and you will see the total number of contacts in your account displayed in the top left corner right above your contact list.
