Tracking the total number of contacts in your CRM helps you manage customer data effectively, analyze business growth, and refine your outreach strategy. BIGContacts lets you quickly see your account's total count of individual and business contacts.
A marketing manager wants to track the number of new leads added in the last six months. Instead of manually counting, they use BIGContacts’ reporting feature to generate a contact count filtered by date range. This helps them measure campaign success and plan future outreach.
1. Select the "Reports" tab on the left side of your account and then click "Advanced Search/Report Builder".

2. You can select specific fields to filter your contacts, allowing you to view the total number of contacts that match the selected criteria within a specific category (This is an optional step). Click on "View Contacts" to view the results.

The screen will refresh, and you will see the total number of contacts in your account.
